Are you insured and qualified?

Yes. I’m registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and fully insured for your peace of mind. I’ve completed training relevant to the services I provide, and I regularly update my skills to stay sharp.

With over 17 years in office based and tech driven roles, I’m confident using platforms such as Microsoft, Adobe, and SAP. I’m proactive, detail oriented, and everything I handle is treated with full confidentiality.

What type of businesses do you work with?

My client base covers a wide range of industries, I support businesses of all sizes and individuals who require admin support.

What if I need someone physically in my office?

I specialise in remote support, so if you're looking for someone onsite, I might not be the right fit. That said, if you're open to working virtually, I’d be delighted to assist you now.

Why hire a Virtual Assistant?

To reclaim your time and clear your to do list. Whether it’s managing emails, organising files, updating social media, or streamlining admin, I’m here to lighten the load and help you focus on what matters most.

What’s the notice period?

To keep everything running smoothly for both of us, I use a 30 day notice period for cancellations or changes.

Why does the rate seem higher than hiring an employee?

Working with myself means you're working with another business owner. You won't be taking on the costs and responsibilities of an employee, such as:

  • Equipment
  • Office space or desk setup
  • Holiday pay, pensions or insurance
  • HR admin, tax, National Insurance or payroll

I have all this covered! You only pay for the time spent on your tasks.

Options available

There is a minimum of 1 hour per week. This allows me to provide consistent support, stay up to date with your tasks, and maintain the high standard of service my clients expect.

  • Prioritised support
  • 24–48 hour turnaround
  • Reserved monthly capacity
  • Ongoing familiarity with your business
